Can you use a specific color for my brand?Yes, if you specify a specific Pantone in your order form, we will match that Pantone, or as closely as we possibly can. For orders that have not specified Pantone colors, we will choose the closest matching color pulled from Illustrator. We cannot guarantee that it will match to whatever you see on screen, as every screen will show color differently.

Will you design my shirt for me?We have a in- house designer to help you achieve what you are looking for. There will be a fee depending on what is needed, you can schedule a meeting in shop or give us a call.

Will you print any photo I have?FAQ: At GooseWorks, we specialize in screen printing on apparel and accessories. We can print any photo that is provided to us, but there are some limitations. The quality of the image is crucial to the final product. For best results, we recommend that the image be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) and in a high-resolution format such as a .jpeg, .png, or .pdf. Additionally, we cannot print copyrighted or trademarked images without proper permission. If you have any questions about the legality of an image, please contact us before submitting your order. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom order, so please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. We are always happy to help

Do you provide a mock up before finalizing the order?Yes! This is a great question. We review your order, create a mock up, once this is approved, we then move onto ordering of garments for your order.
-
How can I bring down the price of my order? This is by far the most common question we get asked. Our pricing is primarily based on the product selected, quantity, and the number of colors in your design. We use volume pricing so the more items you order, the less you pay per unit. For a more detailed look, here are the factors that impact our custom t-shirt pricing: Brand of garment Quantity of the order Print locations (front, pocket, back, sleeve etc) Print methods (screen print, DTF, discharge) Number of ink colors Size breakdown (2XL and larger will cost more) Turnaround time (rush order will have a fee)

Can I bring my own garments?Yes, we just ask to give us a call before hand so we can set proper expectations. Also make sure the garments are clean and counted. We will only charge for the printing process. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to set up a meeting with us and we can sort it all out.

What are your hours? Where are you located? Our operational hours are Monday - Friday 8am- 4pm. We are located 3511 Pinemont Dr #c2 Houston, Tx

Is there a minimum ?Yes! Depending on your order of course! Minimums will change depending on different factors. For an example a One color Imprint would be 36 units, for two colors you would need 50 units, and you can have different types of garments within your order as long as your design is the same. If you are needing embroidery the minimum is 36 units, with some limitations on colors, and typically has a 10-14 day turnaround
-
What is the turnaround time ?Different factors can change the turnaround time, in most cases, we are able to have your project done within 7-10 business days, that does not include ship time. During our peak season, turnaround can be up to 12 - 20 business days + ship time. Turnaround time is only an estimate, it is not guaranteed, and starts when your mockup has been approved – not when you place the order. If you have a deadline for your order, let us know while placing your order and a rush fee may be applied. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of Goosework's control (ie: blank garment stock from our vendors, weather delays, shipping errors due to an incorrectly supplied address, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.

What is the turnaround time on embroidery ?Once the graphic is approved, the turnaround time is 14 business days.
-
What kind of silk screening do you do?Here at Gooseworks we print with waterbased inks. This includes: Low Solids Acrylic Discharge – this is activated Low Solids Acrylic High Solids Acrylic (HSA) There are some considerations when choosing and creating ink formulas, as not every ink type will be compatible with your chosen garments or items. We will always run a test print to ensure the best process for each project.
-
How do I receive my products? All orders will be bulk folded by size, in groups of 12pcs (shirts), 6pcs (hoodies/longsleeve) If you’ve paid to have your garments individually folded/bagged and tagged, they’ll be individually folded, or folded and bagged.
-
Should I order extras? We advise our customers to think of extras to help with your overall cost of order. All orders can have up to 5% under run. Some shirts could be damaged during printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. If Exact Quantity is needed, please be advised to order 1 per size extra.
